How we improveWe continually strive to improve our service by a Supplier/Client Pro-active measure. Feedback plays a major role in development of out organisation. We continually collate data receive from our supervisors and clients in order to monitor trends, good or bad, and either embrace or adapt the procedures to improve them. Collating and recording the data in this way , affords us two separate perceptions on how Winns, as a company is performing. That is our perspective, using data from out supervisors, and the clients’ perspective, using the feedback from them. This is then collated and transferred onto databases in order to give us a percentage score. As long as we have similar scores, then things are generally going well. Should they not marry, then internal questions start to be asked, and most of the time, before the client has even envisaged that there is a problem!
